Posted by James Mace at 11:15 on 04 Aug 2009 This new tool from Dremel makes removing grout from between wall and floor tiles of any size or shape easy. It's loads quicker than chiselling by hand, and it reduces the risk of chipping the tiles. So if you're looking for a less painful way to get the grout out and remove tiles easily, simply fit this handy new attachment to a Dremel rotary tool such as the 300 Series.

Posted by Cara Verdi at 11:03 on 04 Dec 2007 There is no doubt in many people’s minds that Christmas is the most expensive and often the most stressful time of year. So in my option, anything which gives you and your wallet a little breathing space is always highly welcomed. Providing such a rest bite is Robert Dyas which is offering free delivery on all orders placed over £50 before the 9th September. Now, I know it’s not wining lottery but as they say count the pennies and the pounds will follow, but really any excuse to prevent wadding through the Christmas crowds this year is the ultimate welcomed bonus.
Posted by Cara Verdi at 16:31 on 03 Dec 2007 This week from Northern Tool & Equipment’s Christmas discounts, up for grabs is a Makita 18V Combi Drill for only £119.99, a saving of £50 from its usual retail price. Posted by Cara Verdi at 16:43 on 13 Aug 2007 Summer this year has been abysmal in my opinion so I’m glad to say that the Robert Dyas Summer clearance sale hasn’t followed suit. Prices have been cut across the shop from garden furniture and electrical appliances to DIY tools and gas barbeques (there’s always hope for next year!). A useful little bargain which caught my attention was the LED Dynamo Torch, reduced to a mere £4.99 in the sale. No need for batteries, this torch has a wind up mechanism where 1 minute of vigorous action will give you 30 minutes of power, great for any home and all outdoor lifestyles.
