The founders of LOVEFiLM.com have launched a property search website that offers something a little different to the market leader, Rigtmove.co.uk
With the intention of creating a more transparent property market, Zoopla! uses a variety of statistical sources to offer users algorithmic valuations on any property in the UK, as well as allowing agents to list their property’s for free.
Aside from the benefit of being able to satisfy any curiosities you have about the value of your own property, this site has viral appeal for property voyeurs who can easily value a friend’s or neighbour’s home.
The ‘Tempt Me!’ feature allows potential buyers to make offers on any UK home, and the owners to test interest in their homes without listing them for sale.
