As part of its ongoing quest for world domination Google is set to launch an internet browser to rival Internet Explorer and Firefox.
The new web browser is going to be called Chrome (see image below) and is designed to be lightweight and fast enough to deal with the next generation of graphics and multimedia web applications.
Google’s VP Product Manager said: "We realised... we needed to completely rethink the browser. What we really needed was not just a browser, but also a modern platform for web pages and applications, and that's what we set out to build."
