It appears that it is a universal trait of builders to reveal their derrieres to all and sundry.
A café owner in Christchurch, New Zealand is so fed up of low riding jeans and trousers that he is cracking down on the problem by enforcing a $10 instant fine to anyone who offends.
Kevin Sepie of Perry’s Café says, “Young people bending over and exposing either little or large portion of the behind…is totally unattractive”.
The move hasn’t received the bum effect expected and customers are paying attention and covering up.
