Most people don't pay much attention to the name of the road when looking at a house, however Zoopla.co.uk found recently that roads that ended with Hill (Beverly Hills anyone?) have a higher price tag than those ending in street, road or place.
Of course they all really perform the same function: a place where cars drive, people walk, and houses are lined around. However, research shows that the names do have an impact on property values and the appearance of exclusivity.
