Hints & Tips
Now that the beloved sun has disappeared behind the clouds for the next few months it is time to plan a few weekend activities worthy of sticking in and hibernating. Of course napping is a great weekend activity but check out these enticing indoor ideas.
Get started early on Christmas presents and make some personalised gifts for friends and family. Personalise a tote or tie for a friend, or head to the weekend market to pick up some little trinkets, charms and candlestick holders to fill a gift bag.
Bake! What better way to treat yourself to the weekend then with the best sweets and treats! Nobody can resist the smell of warm chocolate chip cookies, maybe get creative this time and add a favourite sweet to the batch to see how they taste with something new.
Get creative: Invite some friends, sit down with your kids or a significant other and do something creative. Get working on some interesting art projects, a painting or photography. Get your hands and brain moving and when you’re finished, give it the frame it deserves and display the hard work!
